This week we’re looking at fat burning workouts to help you shift some extra calories.
Getting started with your Fat loss workout
Eliminate that excess body fat and increase muscle tone and strength with this robust Fat Loss plan.
These bodyweight workouts combine high intensity bursts of cardio with strength and power moves to help you achieve results fast. This 4-week program has a total of 12 workouts. Each week contains three workouts that should be performed in sequence with 1 day of rest in-between.
Complete 50 reps for the first cardio move and 15 for the next 2 exercises. There are 4 sets with 3 exercises in each and you should take 30 seconds rest between sets.
This workout includes:
- Set 1
- Jumping jacks
- Split squats
- Ab crunches
- Set 2
- Toe taps
- Push ups
- Quad superman
- Set 3
- High knees
- Step up
- Reverse crunch
- Set 4
- Front jumping jacks
- Bench dips
- Lying superman
10 easy steps to downloading this core strength workout
- Log into the Workouts app
- Click on the menu bar top left and navigate to Workouts
- Click on Weight Loss
- Then select Fat Burning
- Select Fat Loss Level 1
- You can schedule in your workouts here by clicking on the calendar (top right)
- Select Week 1, then Day 1
- Now Start Workout and Enjoy!
- Then work through the course, progressing onto Day 2, Day 3 etc.
- You can also print or share your workout with a fellow member by clicking on the top right menu
