This week we’re looking at fat burning workouts to help you shift some extra calories. Eliminate that excess body fat and increase muscle tone and strength with this robust Fat Loss plan. These bodyweight workouts combine high intensity bursts of cardio with strength and power moves to help you achieve results fast. This 4-week program has a total of 12 workouts.
