India Flowers is the General Manager of Anytime Fitness Sutton-in-Ashfield. She's always been active whether it be dancing at a young age, playing football in the park or just being on her bike. India first joined the gym at a young age when her dad got her into it and she hasn't looked back since. India is also a qualified personal trainer and has been training clients for five to six years now. Her biggest passion is looking into the mindset of her clients and the mental barriers behind physical exercise. Being in the gym, keeping active is an important factor for her own personal wellbeing but she also makes sure to spend time outdoors, in nature as that is equally as important. In 2019 India travelled around New Zealand in a camper van and explored both islands, being outdoors daily changed the way she now keeps active. Her advice for someone who is wanting to know where to start is to find something that you enjoy, that keeps you active and roll with that. Anytime Fitness has great coaches that can help you with your own personal goals and wellbeing so just speak to a member of the team for help and advice.
