Every member gets a series of wellbeing appointments when they join. These appointments are time set aside for you to go through your goals, create plans, work on other areas of health with a member of the gym’s team. There are three main appointments to schedule, but support and assistance does not stop when you’ve finished these.
Our wellbeing appointments are always available to you, through our three-part series which looks something like this:
Wellbeing appointment 1
Let us understand your goals, demonstrate our equipment, familiarise you with our app and discuss group fitness workouts.
Wellbeing appointment 2
As we get to know you, we’ll build you a bespoke program, discuss nutrition and develop your workouts in greater detail.
Wellbeing appointment 3
Your goals may change, and your fitness will improve. Our review service ensures that every 4-6 weeks we meet up and discuss your progress.
Following this you can continue to utilise any review appointments you feel like you need. You can also speak to a team member any time you have a question or would like some support. You can find the staffed hours for each location on their webpage.
